Man and nature in Vorarlberg are inseparably bound up with one another. The landscapes have formed man – and vice versa. For hundreds of years, the best cheese has been manually produced using the freshly-milked milk from cows on alpine pastures. Enjoyment that is as much in demand as it was back then – as a substantial snack or used for cooking.

A piece of good cheese with a glass of good wine, a creamy piece of Rupp cheese on fresh bread: what more do you need to be happy? This ancient cheese tradition is illustratively presented to visitors to Lutzenreute mountain dairy (a partner of Rupp for the past 80 years), and on the cheese rambling path.
